Use your foundation of choice over your foundation, but don’t add it to your eyelids or under your brows.
Start by applying a shadow primer on your lids. Shadow primers prevent creasing and help shadows to stay on longer. Ladies with darker complexions should opt for earth tones, browns, and dark greens bring out brown eyes.

Wedding jitters may prove it difficult to apply the lashes, so make sure that you have the time or an experienced friend to apply them for you. Add extra glue to the ends of the lashes; the ends are more likely to pop off. Use tweezers to press the lashes onto the natural lashes. Even if you do not opt to use the false lashes, do use waterproof mascara on your lashes. When selecting a mascara, choose one that thickens and extends the lashes. Look for a wand with a lot of individual bristles that will help comb the lashes out. Apply a coat of the mascara by starting at the base of the lid, and wiggling the wand upwards to the tip. If the mascara appears to clump, work a toothpick between individual lashes.
Enhance the Brows
Use a black or brown shadow or pencil to fill in the brows. A pencil or shadow could also be used to reshape the brows. A bit of concealer under the brows can help define them, if you choose not to add a lighter shade of shadow there.
Go for a neutral look for the eyes on your wedding look, but add extra color for bride eye makeup photos. Remember that the sparkle in your eyes will come from within. Makeup only enhances the look.
