Gwen Stefani worked a lot to make her L.A.M.B. Spring/ Summer 2012 collection but it was worth every minute she spent on it. Designs and colors as well as prints and accessories were fabulous. There was a clash of brutal and feminine fashion which resulted in really unusual and stylish outfits.
Even when Gwen Stefani first announced she was going to launch a fashion line in 2005 I was sure it would be special. Now, seven years later, we can say with confidence she is both an outstanding singer and a talented designer. Her fashion line L.A.M.B. is very popular with customers and every season includes more and more interesting pieces which as Gwen once states are her ‘dream wardrobe’.
L.A.M.B. Spring/ Summer 2012 collection is a combination of brutal and delicate fashion, femininity and sexuality. Men’s element was strong. It felt in slouchy jumpsuits, cropped, wide-leg trousers, straight-line shorts and V-neck sweaters.
There was also a lot of femininity in L.A.M.B. Spring/ Summer 2012 collection. Puff mini skirts, sexy loose dresses, and tight-fitting ruched blouses looked fantastic.
Accessories played a great role in finishing the looks. Oversize bags and high heels provided the right amount of color. Knee-length socks added girlieness while metallic cuffs and necklaces completed the picture.
